Amy’s Clients
Client 1
The Client:
Bottom curvy body shape
Casual, romantic, sporty style
Clear spring color palette - bright reds, blues, greens, yellows, oranges
Likes wispy, soft fabrics, ruffles, stripes and florals
She wants options that make her feel put together in casual, non-athletic clothes as well as business casual office wear.
Wanted to explore long skirts and tops options.
Stylist note: While shopping for this client, I found some great options for the “clear spring” color palette! I liked doing the pop of color in the skirt versus the top because it has such a nice, flowy fabric. The tank leans a little sporty and the denim jacket is just a casual classic to have. She could swap the tank for an open sweater sweater or a top with a ruffle shoulder would also be cute.

The Client:
Bottom curvy body shape
Classic, preppy, sporty style
Likes neutral colors and solids
Wanted options that were easy to layer in case she gets cold
She was also looking on ways to tie in clothing details to her personal style
Stylist note: I put together this out for her based on some of the fit points she likes in her clothes, as well as options that compliment her body shape. The details in the sandals lean preppy, while the tops, jeans, and sweater lean more into her classic side. If she wanted to make the outfit look more sporty, I would suggest a fashion sneaker instead of the sandal.

The Client:
Bottom curvy
Casual, edgy, romantic personal style
She was looking for clothes that help her embrace her body shape and make her feel her best.
Likes earth tones, ruffles, eyelet, embroidery, and pattern
Stylist note: I centered this look around the top. I really felt that this top would highlight her body shape and gives good waist definition. I paired it with a shoe that ties in her romantic style.

The Client:
Straight body shape
Casual, preppy, sporty style
Soft summer colors
She was looking for options that made her feel put together and layering pieces to really complete a look.
Style note: I loved the casual vibe of these jeans, paired with a button put striped top and the knit blazer. If you are a more classic style, swap the shoes for a loafer. If your style is more casual, swap the flats for some sandals.

The Client:
Top Curvy shape
Classic, casual romantic style
Cool summer color palette
Stylist’s notes: This client was looking for wedding looks for a garden party. I chose this feminine floral dress for her romantic style and the greens look great with her color palette. She can pair the same dress with a denim jacket and a more casual shoe for work or church. The short cardigan looks great with dresses that have more movement in the skirt and the light blue is a great neutral alternative to white. I added a comfortable silver sandal so she won’t sink into the grass at the outdoor wedding!

The Client:
Top Curvy shape
Classic, casual romantic style
Cool summer color palette
Looking for a summer wardrobe refresh to add to her existing wardrobe.
Stylist’s notes: I chose these shorts with a straight fit for her top curvy shape in a deep navy neutral that will go with every top she owns. I added romantic details and textures in the blouse and cardigan and a gentle pop of color with the cool yellow. I especially love lightweight knits like this for easy breezy summer layers. The white sandals keep the look fresh and cool and repeat the white from the sweater for her classic style.

True summer color palette
Classic, casual, preppy style
Looking for smart casual looks with upscale, tailored pieces
Stylist’s note: I started with this white midi skirt for a fresh, feminine summer look similar to some of the influencers she mentioned as style inspiration. I grounded the look with her true summer navy in the espadrilles and a tank with a pretty embroidered detail. I added a pop of color cardigan and suggested she tie it around her shoulders.

Summer color palette
Mentioned she doesn’t always feel comfortable in shorts and wasn’t sure what to do this summer so I focused on finding her some alternative bottoms that would still be cool and comfortable.
Stylist’s note: Loved the edgy detail of the lace up top in a cool flowy fabric that White jeans in a wide leg cropped style give a fresh summer feel without being shorts. She was struggling with the edgy part of her style so I chose a graphic cardigan rather than a sweatshirt. She can wear this sweater year round and it’s neutral. I finished the look with a comfy pair of Birkenstock-inspired sandals with a platform denim texture and cool hardware!

Mentioned she doesn’t always feel comfortable in shorts and wasn’t sure what to do this summer so I focused on finding her some alternative bottoms that would still be cool and comfortable.
Stylist’s note: We love linen and gauze pants as an alternative to shorts. They’re so comfortable but provide more coverage and work on all body shapes! I paired these in a deep neutral with a pop of color in the tank and added texture with the lace bomber and metallic platform sandals.
