When I have three kids under foot and a couple small businesses to run life can feel hectic. I am always adjusting, planning, strategizing, and simplifying life so that we can thrive, not just survive! Oh ya, back to the no dishwasher thing. I have found that basic cheap bath towels are life saver when hand washing and drying our dishes. I spread one out on the counter and I can wash a huge sink full of dishes and have enough space for everything to dry. Dish racks are worthless in my opinion. They take up space when not being used and they hold like 3 things to dry.
